I have just managed to delete my Library of Congress ZConnection. Where can I find this file to import it again? I cannot download v8 anymore to export it from the default installation (can this be provided, by the way? - I have just reverted back to v8 - in the third time - given the missing functionality in v9).

In v8, I am trying to format a RTF document from within Biblioscape. I un-tick "Support unformat manuscript" in the options but it has no effect. I still get the hidden text in the formatted file. Is this broken or am I missing something?

How do I change the order in the "Linked Records" pane.
I can change the order but if I start Biblioscape again, the previous order is still there. It seems that the changes are not saved.

Could anybady tell me where i can find the clear steps to how to change the fields length in biblioscape 8. I have already tried alone but nothing happened. Probably i am not using the dbsys.exe in the right way.

when add attatchment files, there are two ways:
1. add location in attatchments field when edit reference
2. add " link to files‘
what difference between them? which one we should take?

I am creating the reference below in my database by double-clicking the .RIS file in my file manager. (Long story -- doing from the Wiley website doesn't work because the filename is incompatible with Biblioscape - I have to save it and rename it.)
I seem to be missing (or can't find) a feature in my copy of Biblioscape version 8 that is described in the manual.
The pdf manual (pp.113-114) mentions a "web resources panel," shows a Biblioscape screen with titlebar "Bibliographic Source on the Web," and mentions a menu command called "Web / Organize Resources."
