When Creating a new note the categories of the last selected note are always predefined. Is this a bug?

When Creating a new note the categories of the last selected note are always predefined. Is this a bug?

When a new note is created,
When a new note is created, it will inherit all the categories of the current note. In a lot of times, this is what an user wants. It can save some typing and clicking. You can click the "Clear Selection" button to remove all added categories if none is needed. Thanks.
