Biblioscape User Community

After installing the 7.19 update patch, I receive a "The specified module could not be found." error when I run Biblioscape, and the Biblioscape window is missing a lot of stuff, including the main pane, which simply appears as a large gray box with "Panel_main" in the center of it. Please advise.
