Is anyone else having trouble placing an upgrade order?
For several days I've tried to upgrade my version 6.6 Standard Edition through the DigiBuy website used by Biblioscape. Each time I get an error message. I contacted the DigiBuy support department by e-mail but all I got in response was the same information on the web site, not a resolution to my specific problem.
I've tried three different credit cards and carefully verified the name and billing address but with no luck.
Anyone have any suggestions?
We have received many orders
We have received many orders in the last several days. I am not sure what caused the problem. We will use another credit card service provider next month.

Since I posted, I've tried again, using three credit cards and verifying my billing information was correct right down to the use of all capital letters. I tried various things, not using the period after my middle name, using the period, even including the prefix "Mr." as shown on one of my credit cards, all with no luck. I had this trouble once before with another software provider and the problem was that the company's verification software was too dumb to know how to handle middle initials. I solved the problem by calling the provider and placing my order over the phone. I'm reluctant to do that here because your vendor charges more for telephone calls than Internet orders, a charge I am unwilling to pay because I think it is their fault, not mine.
BTW, the most recent e-mail I got from their support said to contact you (Bibioscape) not them, to solve the problem.
You do need a new credit card processor. I am about to embark on a new project and would like to use Bibioscape to manage my references like I have done for a couple of years now but am reluctant to enter my data into a program I can't upgrade. Perhaps I can wait until next month to see if the new processor is better.
