BiblioWeb shut down because of "too many hits'

Hello Paul,

Our BiblioWeb server has shut down because it says we have had more hits than we paid for. but we paid for half a million, and there are only 66323 hits recorded. What to do? This happened right after I installed the new bib_del files you sent.

This problem is not related to bib_del files replacement. Some ini file may have been accidentally replaced. Please see my email. Thanks.
