Biblioscape User Community

When I try to delete a record in BiblioWeb, I get the error message "Duplicate key found in the index " of the table 'bib_del'. " I have rebuilt the database and I have installed the 6.x patch (or at least, I downloaded it to the same folder as the Biblioscape6 program and opened it; I assume that this installed the patch). What else should I do?
