corporate authors as Sec_Authors not showing in formatted reference

I changed reference type "Report" so that "Sec_Authors" is named "Series Editors".
I included this field in my (modified) APA5th style.

Now I have a reference (included at end), which has "corporate authors" as Sec_Authors / Series Editors.

PROBLEM: The organisation is not included in the formatted reference (also not if I choose another, predefined, style which includes secondary authors). If I omit the comma after "Pollution", it is  included in the formatted ref. as "R. C. Pollution", or if I insert a comma after "Environmental", I get "P. Royal Commission on Environmental", but that is not what I want. With the comma after "Pollution", as described in the online book chapter for "corporate authors", I get simply an empty string.
P.S.: I found that adding a period after the trailing comma (i.e. "... Pollution,.") does the trick. The extra period doesn't even show up in the formatted reference. (But this is a workaround and not an acceptable solution.)

Btw, a bug in the online docu:
in http://support.biblioscape.com/node/405, in the para
>>Authors (Authors" char: 255) All authors should be listed in the format "Lastname, firstname middlename" (Smith, Keneth D.) and separated by "; ". See Author & editor names for more.<<
the link to "Author & editor names" is broken. The link in the navigation (left) column is correct.

I cannot reproduce the problem. Is the style you used a custom style? Is the sub-style for "Report" in the style you use? Is "Secondary Title" included in that Report sub-style?
