Issue with font change when saving notes

Paul,
thanks for all the improvements in 7.14. Have noticed a variation of one of the earlier problems.

  1. Open a note that has been saved with the font set to Times New Roman 11 pt.
  2. Do not make any changes.
  3. Instead of selecting escape, select "save and close".
  4. The font of the text is changed to 9 pt.

This can be fixed by going into the note again, changing the font to 11 pt. and using the "save and close" option. But if the note is opened again and you use "save and close" rather than escape, the font is changed back to nine pt again

Do you mean after click the Save button, the font size for existing text are changed? I cannot reproduce this.

Yes but only on a subsequent entry into the record

Paul,

Yes, but note that this only happens under the following conditions:

  1. your are re-opening a previously saved record
  2. you do not make any changes to the record
  3. you click save
  4. Note: if you make any change to the record (e.g. add a sentence or even a character) this problem does not occur.

Note that not all font characteristics are changed. Font size is changed and highlighting is lost, but the color of the font (if any) is not changed.

This happens with the sample bibliography as well as my own.
