Biblioscape User Community

I am experiencing the same problem as somebody has pointed out before..'I downloaded the free biblioexpress version 3.5 and while it seems that the download went ok, when I run the program,I get a message "Cannot Open file".Then I click the "ok" button and the program opens. Then I click on the "Add Reference" button and I get a message "Query_bib:Field'Ref_type'not found.I click ok and it disappears but still I cannot add anything in any field.'
I tried to synchronize with the Bibliopalm as well which shows the error message that the database is not found.
I am using Windows XP.
