Hello Paul,

I would like to add references and also tag the hard copy journal articles with some numbers so that I can go back from biblioscape to pull out that article. Here is the dilemma.

1. Sometimes if I create a reference and later delete it, or by mistake add some and remove, biblioscape creates a ref ID, but it won't use that ID again. For example, if Ref ID 31 is removed, I ahve to continue from 32 and not 31. In that case, I cannot use ref ID on my hardcopy articles for cataloguing, as it would lack continuity if more numbers are missing.

So I thought of manually adding numbers to each references in the field - "Label". and used that for hardcopy catologuing. But it is tedious.

2. Same thing goes for pdf files. too.

HELP: - do you have any suggestions on my request? I badly need that.
