How I can reduce the list of styles which are shown in drop down list on Marked page? First, the list is not sorted. Second, the list is very long--me and my users will not use all of them, and there is always a possibility to add a style if needed.
Also, it seems like the formatted list is not sorted properly but in order I added the items in it.

Hi, if you do not want the long list of styles just delete them. Go to the list in the style editor, select what you want to delete and press delete. You can always redownload them from the Biblioscape website if you accidently delete one that you wanted.
Same for reference types. If you do not use the Artwork reference types you can do to Tools | Options | Reference Types and delete that type. This is also where you can make new references types and modification fields which are shown/hidden from a reference types. Remember, fields are never deleted, just hidden if unwanted.

Chris, I thought that BiblioWeb could use some type of "Favorites" to be displayed in the list. I don't know how this particular list is developed every time the page is updated. It looks like everything else is SQL based. So maybe it wouldn't be too hard to modify a single SQL query.
For now, I followed you advice -- the list is much shorter. Thanks.

Possible? Sort Style List Alphabetically (BiblioWeb Marked Page)
I'd like to keep all the current styles in the list on my BiblioWeb marked records page, but it's really not useful when it is so out of order. Can you make the list self-sort alphabetically in the next patch? If such a function is impossible, can you make the list be displayed in the order one has sorted the styles in Biblioscape? Anything so that I don't have to delete and re-add the 1,000+ styles in alphabetical order by hand. Please?
