I'm afraid this sounds absurd, but I can't customize my toolbars: I can click 'standard' and 'advanced' OK, and they appear and disappear appropriately; the 'main' toolbar is 'greyed out' and I can't tick it. I can still move individual commands to one of the other toolbars (I think I am describing the situation correctly).

1. Go to Windows "Start | Run".
2. Enter "regedit" and click OK button.
3. On the left panel go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER | Software | CG Information | Biblioscape 7x | MenuBars".
4. Delete the entry "MenuBars" along with all its children.
5. Close the regedit window.
Please let me know if this works.
