Hello ! I come here to ask for advice and advice. I am a teenager (16 years) and from an early age I stopped eating meat and fish because it disgusted me. Not being a follower of vegetables, my diet is therefore mainly composed of pasta, cheese, and other fatty foods (pizzas, fries ...). Despite this, I am very fine, and not well trained for my age.
Is this related to my probable protein deficiency?
Is there a way to improve my situation without eating meat or am I forced to force myself? Does my diet put my health at risk?
