Biblioscape 8 "lost" registration

I'm still running Biblioscape 8. (I did buy the upgrade, but decided that I couldn't afford the time to learn how to use it.) Now, however, it's decided that it's not registered. I tried re-entering my registration key, but it says it's wrong. Can I get a new serial?
