Problem with in-text APA citation

Style: APA
Version: 9.0.9.4

I have a problem when I cite to multiple works by the same author in a single in-text citation using APA style in Word 2010. After inserting such a reference, when formatted using APA style, Biblioscape deletes all text after that reference. For example:

HERE IS A LIST OF REFERENCES INPUTTED INTO BIBLIOSCAPE

EXAMPLE #1 (UNFORMATTED)
This is a statement about APA citations and lions. [Smith, 2013 #113 / Smith, 1999 #234]. Now here is a statement about having a common name. [Doe, 1987 #105].

EXAMPLE #1 (FORMATTED APA STYLE)
This is a statement about APA citations and lions. (Smith, 2013, 1999).

EXAMPLE #2 (UNFORMATTED)
Now here is a statement about having a common last name. [Doe, 1987 #105]. This is a statement about APA citations and lions. [Smith, 2013 #113 / Smith, 1999 #234]. Here is a sentenced about nothing at all. [Jones, 1990 #119].

EXAMPLE #2 (FORMATTED APA STYLE)
Now here is a statement about having a common last name. (Doe, 1987). This is a statement about APA citations and lions. [Smith, 2013 #113 / Smith, 1999 #234].

In both examples, Biblioscape deletes all text that follows after an in-text citation that cites to multiple works by the same author.
