It’d be nice to have a smooth workflow for adding and managing tags attached to a reference – keywords and the rest. In particular, I would like to be able to use and conveniently edit a controlled vocabulary. Another major wish is the ability to automatically add synonymous terms to a reference. Perhaps this could be a project on the site? If I am missing the existing possibilities for such a workflow I would be interested to hear the suggestions. I guess if people use the library edition they have to be better organised. Any tips?
The main theme for version 7
The main theme for version 7 upgrade is usability. It will be very easy to add controlled vocabulary to individual records and a group of records. There is a place to enter synonymes for a controlled word. In 7.x or later release, we can make Biblioscape automatically add synonymes. This won't be in the initial 7.0 release. But all the building blocks are there. We will refine it in 7.x and version 8.
