Hi. When I try to install bxp3.exe, I get an error message saying "Bxp3.exe is not a valid Win32 application." Really!? I'm running Windows XP

The problem is caused by an old 16 installer we used. In the future, we will update the installer. Windows should run 16 installer, here is the fix from MS http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B324767
