Running Biblioweb as a Windows Service

I am having trouble running Biblioweb as a Windows Service. I was running it successfully, but stopped it (which I have successfully done before) and haven't been able to restart it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it without luck. It installs fine, but when I try to start it from the Services menu I receive the following error message:

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Please run BiblioWeb as a regular application first to see what kind of error message it generates.

When running as a regular

When running as a regular application, have you tried using it through web browser? If there is no problem running it as a regular application, it should run fine as a service. Have you tried reboot your PC? Thanks.
