Dear Paul,
I am trying to design a custom output filter that must capitalize the secondary title (e.g. the book title for a reference to an article/chapter in an edited volume). However, there does not seem to be a "Title Capitalization" menu as with the Book Title field when I edit the "Book Section" Reference Type. That is, when I edit the Title under the Reference List/Bibliography tab, I have three choices for "Title Capitalization," but this is not available for Secondary Title (like edited volume title). How do you recommend that we set up output filters that will produce Headline Style capitalization?
