Is it just me, or has there been some "improvement" to Windows 7 that prevents Biblioscape 8 from completing its startup? I've tried deleting and re-installing, but with no luck.
Where is your copy installed? Please don't install it under "C:\Program Files\". Install it under "C:\Biblioscape x\". Windows 7 will not let a program write any file under the "C:\Program Files\" folder and its sub-folders.
I've become quite familiar with Win 7's peculiarities in this and it's installed in its own separate root directory on the C:\ drive. I've just come back from a party and tried installing it for the sixth time and this time Win 7 seems to have accepted it. I'll let you know if it decides to get difficult again.
