Error on Notes 'Save and Close'

Trying to paste a screen shot below - the problem occurs when I opn a Note (in Notes module), make a change and hit 'Save and Close'. I get an error message 'Cannot focus a disabled or invisible window'. Any ideas what i am doing wrong, or is this a bug?

Error message: LaNave 2008 814 was opened, modification made to Note Type, then clicked 'Save and Close'. The above error message appeared. On clicking OK, note reopened. I was able to close by clicking red 'Close' button top right corner - the change I had made was saved.
