Empty deleted folder - Access violation

Hi,
Each time I remove items from the deleted folder I get the following error:
"Access violation at address 006202B3 in module 'Biblioscape.exe'. Read of address 00000000F."

I hit 'OK' and everything seems to be working fine, the items are removed from the deleted folder. I'm just wondering if this might be creating havoc somewhere else.

To replicate the notes error. Try creating or modifying a note.
To replicate the Delete files error: Select all files from the trash can and select remove.
