Hi,
a very strange observation: I tried to cross-link a couple of volumes of a publication via the bi-directional link 'Related' - After I have linked volume 1 with volumes 2,3,4,5... you would expect that the cross-links of those references (for example, of volume 2) also show the link to volume 1, as it was bi-directional - but in most cases, and after repeated trials, they don't or they only show some of the cross-links which I added. Even more strangely, even when I cross-link all volumes with all other volumes manually (without the bidirectional link) still only part of the information remains in the record.
Lately, my database is very instable - I get a lot of error messages and often have to 'kill' it and rebuild.
What can I do?
Thanks
Johanna
I think the problem may be
I think the problem may be related to database corruption. Please do a rebuild and then see if you can still reproduce the linking problem. If so, please zip all the files under your database folder and email me the zip. I will try to reproduce it and find a fix. Thanks. support@biblioscape.com
