Vetting submissions

It is obvious that you have one or more immature individuals who seem to take delight in submitting inane and useless information. I suggest that you institute some form of screen to eliminate these submissions from ever getting on the forum. Perhaps submissions need to be vetted by you or an associate prior to posting, or maybe you should ensure that the posters are legitimate before giving them the right to post to the forum. Thus, while you have to register before posting, maybe your registration needs to be verified before you can actually post anything to the forum.
