1) I'd like to rename the Custom Fields in the drop down windows in Biblioweb. How can I do this?
2) After this, I'd like to change the order of the items in the drop down window, so that my renamed custom fields are in alphabetical order. I know this can be touchy, can you walk me carefully through that process so I don't screw anything up?

Ben, the drop down box is
Ben, the drop down box is controlled by the file "...\Biblioscape x\Global\fields.txt". But each line in the "fields.txt" file has to match each line in the "fldFldName.txt" file. So if you only want to change the custom fields name, there is no need to edit the "fldFldName.txt" file. But if you want to change the ordering in "fields.txt" file, please be sure to change the ordering in "fldFldName.txt" file accordingly.

I had no problems changing the custom field name on the fields.txt document. Thank you for that help.
I tried changing the order by arranging the fldFldName.txt doc to match the order of the fields.txt doc, but ran into a problem. The order changed in my drop down menu, but when trying to search using a selected field it gave me an error message. Needless to say, the two pages somehow did not line up correctly. I'm not sure why, because I compared the two pages side-by-side and they appeared to be arranged in the correct order on both. Any idea how I can address this problem?
