Finding the path to a reference folder, from a search results listing

I have two questions.

Background:

When a search (e.g. by author name) is done, a reference list is shown that contains references that often often are in a number of different folders. Clicking on those references does not change the listing on the bottom left border of the screen, which is where a complete reference tree path to a reference's folder is shown in other circumstances (i.e. when a folder in the reference tree is clicked). When doing a search, that border instead shows such as: "Items 17 | Search: Smith".

When a record in the search results listing is highlighted, the name of the folder -- but not the path to the folder -- can be seen both in the divider between the reference list and the view panel, and on the "In Folder" line or the view panel's "Read Only" tab. I know of no way to locate, in tree the folder, the folder where the highlighted reference is located, except by hunt and peck. I just had a devil of a time finding such folder that turned out to be in a greatly misplaced location in the tree.

Question 1:

Could you possibly modify the program so that the folder name's full path is shown in both the divider between the list and the view pane, and in the "In Folder" line of the "Read Only" tab? Unless this is done, it can be very difficult to locate the folder in a complex reference tree, when that is necessary.

Question 2:

A folder name can be created that includes the ampersand character, and this displays correctly in the reference tree. However that character does not display in the above mentioned divider or on the "In Folder" line (and perhaps in other Biblioscape displays as well). Can this be corrected?

Thanks.

1. I think this is possible.

1. I think this is possible. The folder structure should be as simple as possible. Lots of things can be done with categories.

2. This can be done. But it is better not to use special characters in folder name.
