When I import notes into Biblioscape all the existing notes in Biblioscape disappear. The notes present prior to the importing of the new ones appear to be there in the project panel. However, when I select them they disappear.
The problem also occurs when importing new notes into the sample data base provided with Biblioscape.
Can anybody provide any advice on how I can import notes without deleting existing notes?

Problem resolved
My apologies, I have worked out what I was doing wrong. In the Summary panel of the Import Wizard, I was selecting ‘Copy’ rather than ‘Append’ as the import mode. This selection was deleting all existing notes.
