PROBLEM: As reported in other threads, Biblioscape is often reporting a newly created category as having a duplicate name (even though the name is known to be unique). So when have been getting that error message, I have modified the filename. It turns out that for some reason Biblioscape sometimes tries to create the category in both the New Categories folder (where it doesn't belong) and in the right hand pane (where I explicitly created it) -- all during the same editing session of a record. The wrong category gets created first, so when I get the duplicate name error message I vary the name to get a category listed in the right pane.
Long story short, the New Categories folder aspect of this was unknown to me until tonight.
NEED: What I have is about 50 categories in that wrong folder, with link contents that I want to cleanly move into their respective similarly named categories that are in the proper named category folder. QUESTION 1: How can I do that?
The tree structure for categories doesn't seem to lend itself to moving the contained links in the way that the references tree structure allows references into other folders. Is there a way to drag and drop reference tags from one category folder to another?
QUESTION 2: I also can't figure out how to move a category from one category folder (i.e. New Categories) to another category folder. How can this be done?

1. I tried to reproduce the bug but couldn't. If you go to "Tools | Options" and "Others" tab, you can turn off "Automatically add categories in the "New Categories" folder....".
2. Links cannot be transfered. You can drag and drop categories from one folder to another.
Thanks,
