Table_bib_main_scan: Field " not found

Paul -- I see a number of people have reported this problem. I've been able to reproduce it on two different machines in Biblioscape 8; I think (but I'm not sure) that the same steps produce the problem in Biblioscape 7, too. Here are the steps to reproduce the problem in Biblioscape 8:

1. Create a new installation of Biblioscape 8.
2. Use the sample database that appears when the new installation first launches.
3. Go to Tools > Styles > Output Styles.
4. Select Chicago 15th A (notes) and click "BaseOn". Call the new style "Test 1".
5. Click "OK" to dismiss the dialog that appears.
6. Click on "Test 1" in the list of Output Styles, select Reference Type "Book" and click "Edit".
7. Click on tab "Reference List / Bibliography".
8. On tab "Sort Order", select "Sort Bibliography by Other" and select "Call Number".
9. Click "OK".
10. An error dialog appears saying "Table_bib_main_scan: Field " not found."
11. The dialog can only be dismissed by clicking on the "x" at top right. Dismiss the dialog.
12. The error dialog appears whenever the "Test 1" style is selected in the Output Styles editor. It can be selected by clicking on it a second time.
13. The style "Test 1" cannot be deleted from the Output Style list.
