After I have the "Format double byte language" box checked in the "Tools | Optiosn" window "Format Manuscript" tab, I do get "Note (CJK)" tab instead of "Note" tab in note editor and can input Chinese characters in "Note (CJK)" tab .
But it seems that I can't change the format (like font or color) of any characters(neither Chinese nor English) I just typed. In other word, the "formatting"toolbar doesn't work, the note editor acts like a plaintext editor.
Is it a bug?

When CJK editor is used, you can select text and click the right mouse to select formatting options. The toolbar buttons won't work for the CJK editor.
