Question about how tagging is shown when a reference is open.

In the Sample database's Hard Science container there is a Computational category folder. One of the categories in this folder is Molecular Mechanics, and when it is highlighted the righthand pane displays 4 references as being tagged with that category.

Question 1: When I double click any of those references (e.g. Hopfinger 1984), its righthand pane has a blank Catgegories field and the Links field contains two entries but not the Molecular Mechanics tag. There is no Tagged tab available for this reference. So I can I tell from this reference record that the reference is tagged with Molecular Mechanics (or any other catgegory), and how can I remove that tag?

Question 2: In fiddling with this, I see that it is possible to multiple instances of a reference open at once. Is there an option the user can set to prevent more than one instance of a reference (or note) from being opened? My fear is that if a change is made in one of them and then a Save & Close is executed, if a Save & Close is later done on the duplicate tab, then the changes that were made will be undone.

1. When you open a reference and go to the "Categories" tab, there is a categories folder at the top of that pane. If the categories at the bottom are not in that folder, you won't see it checked. You can go to that folder. Or you can delete the categories directly at the bottom.

2. There is no way to prevent user from opening more than one window. You have to remember to close a window if you don't want to have more than one open.
