A friend send me about 200 notes related to my research topic in a microsoft word file. I would like to copy and past these notes into notes module. Is that possible? If not, what do you suggest? maybe, export these notes to csv and import into modules note?

Are those notes in a sinlge file? Biblioscape notes module lets you import records from many formats (delimited, spreadsheet, DB). If there are 200 plus files, you can use Quick Add to create a new note and then copy and paste the content.

because I have to press CTRL+N 2 times to get the note window to show up, than type an title, then switch the window to copy the note, then go back to BS8, then paste the content, then click save and close, yada yada..
Import from excel is easier... just add one extra column title for the title (cyberpsychology) dragging to all lines, and I can import all the notes as a batch... then when I have free time I can modify some titles in BS8.

You don't have to make the Note editor to show up. Just use Quick Add. In notes module, click the Quick Add button. Type or paste the Title and press Enter. Then copy and note content from Word and paste it in the Biblioscape notes preview pane.
I just tried you suggestion
I just tried you suggestion and it seemed a good option. however, I am having troubles with CTRL+V. It some times does not paste a content; sometimes I need to CTRL+V several times to paste text from web or word or I have to paste in other application and then copy and paste again. It also happens in the reference modules when I try to paste text.
I never complained before because I used mostly the reference modules. However, with BS8 new approach in taking notes, I really would like to make it my master notetaking AP.

2. add some text to quick add,
3. switch to explorer 8, to copy content (just text)
4. return to notes module

how nice! you know, I was wondering if Biblioscape does not work well with clipmate. I use Clipmate to clean up text, convert capital letters, etc. Tomorrow, I will keep clipmate off and see what happens. However, I would like to say that I have the only with Biblioscape and it comes from a long time. Well, I use BB since version 5. Also, I understand that if you can't reproduce the problem, you can't fix it, then i will have to live with it. However, I really appreciate that you are taking your time to look into my problem.
