I have configured Biblioscape to associate file extension my internet explorer in the options menu, but I still am having difficulty exporting files from the Project Muse Database. I click export to endnote and then my database attempts to process these files. However, no files show up in the references folder I selected and there is no error message indicating something is wrong.
Any suggestions

Project Muse implemented Direct Export wrong. When you select "EndNote" as the export option, Project Muse send the file in RIS format. But it has the *.ciw extension. It should have the *.ris extension. Please email Project Muse support site about this problem. Thanks, Paul
