I have a co-worker that imported a new filter. Everyone can see this filter on their computers except me. Any advice as to why this is happening? I noticed that they have the "standard edition" and I have "professional". Should this make a difference?

I remember users in your organization run from one installation on the file server and access the same database through BiblioRemote server. It is likely you are running Biblioscape from a different installation.
Toolbars
You are correct, and I have since fixed this so now I am running from the server location. However, I don't see some of the menus that they see. For example, if I click on Customize/Toolbars, I only see Main Menu is checked. However, the other users have Standard, Advanced and Editor checked which allows viewing of other toolbars. How do I access these additional toolbars? Also, is there a way to give people certain read/write rights?
thanks
1. If you run from the file
1. If you run from the file server, you should see the same toolbars as others. For local installation, the toolbars.ini file may be corrupted. You can replace the content of "...\Global\Toolbars.ini" with the content of "...\Global\Toolbars_backup.ini".
2. When open database through BiblioRemote server, it is possible to assign read and write privilege to inidivudal user for each table. Please see the online help about BiblioRemote setup.
