Loving it!!!

I just wanted to say that after a few days of using this tool, it is exactly what I had been dreaming of. I love it!
It reminds me of a tool I used as a systems engineer to manage requirements and such, and from that experience I have a few minor thoughts for future pondering:

1. Sometimes when I change title of a note in an outline by opening note, the outline doesn't update with new name right away. It seems like updates should appear in all views of an object after the change is saved.

2. It would be great if creating a symbol on drawing automatically created an associated object (maybe note?) that you could link add to an outline, etc. The note "behind" the symbole would have the same name as the symbol so when you changed the diagram it would change the note.

3. Hierarchical diagrams (like an idef type concept) would be cool, so you can create object hierarchies as you draw. (inspired by SE tool i've used in the past)

4. When telling an object window to close, a reminder to save an object if it has been changed and not saved could be great.

5. Also, the ability to have multiple objects open at once might be beneficial. Or maybe have them as different "tabs" in bottom viewing pane.

It's so great to be able to view the traceability from sources to notes to my own writing. Thanks for creating such an awesome tool that allows the user to manage references, notes, and their own ideas/writing all in one place, while also performing typical bibliography management functions, too!!

1. To see the changes in Title, you have to click the "Refresh" button. It is not refreshed automatically because it will close the tree after refresh.

2-5. Thank you for your suggestions. We will see what we can do for future releases.

Thanks,
