Have just downloaded it and it cannot recognize Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.1 on Windows XP 32. What gives? Can you make sure Biblioscape can recognize the Pro versions and not only the reader ones?

This is not a good solution. Different versions of Acrobat will fight for the files, I have previous experience of this. Various third-party programs will get confused and even Adobe products will. Just look at this dialog at install time:
Which option to choose? I do not even want to go past this dialog lest I shall have to mess with multiple settings in multiple programs later. Can you please consider introducing a compatibility with Acrobat Pro? Should not be difficult, just to check what is installed of the two and use it...
