I have noticed when importing references using RIS format and the clipboard that I sometimes get the message:
DBISAM Engine Error #10051 Filter error for the table 'bib' - Unknown or unexpected symbol " found in filter expression

Tonight I was trying out the latest Bib8 and thought I would try the Web Search part of the online search and was in the process of importing some references when I got the same message, except this time it looks like it was using a Bibtex import format (I didn't choose this, it just came up).

What is going on?

What do I do?
