After upgrading to Beta20090420 reference list missed columns 'Volume' and 'Start Page'. They was visible before upgrade and became invisible after. Checkboxes are in place in the list of "Fields to be included", but any attempt to check/uncheck them causes "AV 006202B3. Read of address 0000000F" and nothing changes in the reference list.

This bug will be fixed in the next release. The options window can only customize the table view. You were probably in the tree view. Thanks, Paul
