I've found yet another bug
I've found yet another bug with Ctrl-Up key, but this time with Notes.
How to repeat: Open any existing note and type something in the "Live Preview". Press Ctrl-Up, and watch "DBISAM Engine Error # 10258 Record in the table 'note' is in use by another user.".
It doesn't matter where
It doesn't matter where cursor is. The error occurs in both cases. To be precise, I've done a fresh start, opened sample database and selected Folders/Hard Science/Xylanase homology. It also doesn't matter what is selected in the middle pane, in this case it was 'Live Preview'.

To make a clean experiment, I've created new database and behavior is slightly different. Now I see "AV at address 00AEEDAE. Read of address 00000013". Note that reference list is empty.
