How to repeat:

Create a container of type 'Composition' and make it active. Press right mouse button and select "New Outline Item". "Create a Composition note" dialog appears. Do not type anything, press "OK" button and watch "DBISAM Engine Error # 9729 Duplicate key found in index '' of the table 'link_rec'". Press "OK" again, and select recently created container on the left pane again. This will cause "Access violation at address 00566844 in module 'biblioscape.exe'. Read of address 00000004". Now selection of any other folder will cause the above error #9729, and changing back to original folder will produce "DBISAM Engine Error # 10050 Invalid filter handle specified for the table 'link_rec'".

Deletion of offending record will cure DBISAM errors, but leaves "Access violation at address 004033C8 in module 'biblioscape.exe'. Read of address FFFFFFFC" message each time container is selected.
