Biblioscape User Community

Hello,

I am new to Biblioscape (version 7.3). I tried to integrate biblioscape into MS Word 2007 via the suggested method (i.e. copying the template file into the startup folder of Word2007). It does show Biblioscape in the Add-Ins pane in Word 2007.
However, everytime I try a command the following error message comes up:
"The remote data (DdeServerConv_scan) is not accessible. Do you want to start the application biblioscape?" I click yes: then "Microsoft Visual Basic: Run-time error '500': Cannot initiate link".

This is the situation regardless whether Biblioscape is already running in the background or not (It does not matter whether I want to format the paper, search for references, or do any other thing. It's always the same situation.) Can anyone help me with this?
