On the categories tab in the Inspector in the Reference and Notes module, categories associated with the current note or reference are listed at the bottom. They have the appearance of hyperlinks, and when the cursor hovers over them it turns into a hyperlink cursor (a hand with a pointing finger). But clicking on them does not result in the category opening, as it should if it really is a hyperlink.
