Biblioscape User Community

When unformatting an RTF file using BiblioWeb I get the message "EXCEPTION: Access violation at address 00414DDD in module 'BiblioWeb.exe'. Read of address 5C31306A". The file has been unformatted correctly, but the error seems to appear before the unformatted file is opened by Word. There are no problems formatting the file, however.
