Biblioscape User Community

Hi, I have attempted to import references from endnote x2 to biblioexpress3 or biblioscape7 using the instruction found at the following address http://support.biblioscape.com/node/976. However when I attempt to open the .txt file in biblioexpress I get a load of contact card like items but the only text is ' , , ' it says reference type: Journal article and gives a reference ID number. But no other fields have any contents.
When I try with biblioscape I get the massage '0 references are imported. Please make sure your file is in a tagged file format. If so, please check that the correct import filter was used.'
But I have tried many times and cant work out where i'm going wrong.
The references were created in endnote 5 then I opened them in endnote x2 and got a converted file which I have since been using.
Any help you can provide would very much appreciated.
