I've been having difficulty with Biblioscape's Word integration on my computer. I'm running Windows XP Professional with Microsoft Word 2003. Both are running the latest updates. I'm currently testing Biblioscape 6 with the latest patches running. I have full administrative privileges on my computer.
Originally, the Biblioscape plugin did not install. I then manually copied the two Word Add-ins to Word's STARTUP folder. When I started Word I received the attached error messages. Each one popped up twice. After canceling the error messages, I was able to see the Biblioscape menu on the menu bar, but had to manually enable the Biblioscape toolbar. I was then able to use the toolbar functions, but if I opened a new window or formatted a document, the Biblioscape toolbar was lost.
I have tried removing both items from the Startup folder. I then can see the Biblioscape menu on the menu bar, but I do not have access to the toolbar. If I copy one of the files to my directory, I still receive an error message. It does not matter if there are one or two Word Add-ins in the start up folder. I still get an away message.
This is what happens when I have the Word add-in installed in my STARTUP directory (ex. C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP)
I recently installed the Word add-in in a different STARTUP directory. This one is located in C:\Documents and Settings\ComputerAdministrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP. This is the original account. When the add-in is installed in this directory, I do not receive error messages upon starting word. But, I am unable to see the Biblioscape toolbar. I can also not manually enable it; however, if I got to the STARTUP folder & click on it, it will open in Word. EDIT: When I have the Biblioscape Word add-ins installed in the Administrator sub-directory, none of the Biblioscape add-ins will display in Word. This includes the Biblioscape menu on the menu bar. I can manually enable the toolbar by opening it from the STARTUP folder & then manually enabling it in Word.
I am at a loss for why this is happening. I'm also concerned, as I am looking at administering this for several computers. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

I think the problem may be
I think the problem may be caused by macro naming conflict with existing macros. In future release, we will add "bsp" in front of any added items. So it won't conflict with macros from other third parties.
