Volker, Please zip all the files under your database folder and email me the zip. Please also email me the document before formatting and let me know which style was used. Thanks. support@biblioscape.com
Volker, I found the problem.
Volker, I found the problem. In your record Ref_ID=2760, the Title field text is: "Notes [on Composition 1960 #7, performed June 20, 2001 at Diapason Gallery, New York]". The text has the same format as Biblioscape temporary citation ([...#.]). This causes Biblioscape mistakenly treat it as temp citation. Please change the title field text for this record. Since this is an extremely rare case, we will not change anything in Biblioscape. Thanks.
Thank you
Hi Paul, this is great support: fast, helpful and even on the weekend. Thanks a lot!

Tip
Hi Volker,
For similar reasons, I have set Biblioscape to use "[[" rather than "[" for temporary citations. This can be set in the Tools|Options menu. I sometimes have single square brackets in the text of my documents, but double square brackets should be safe!
