When I export a subset of references to a bibtex file an then compile a biography, book sections will not cite the source book and author correctly.

Example bibtex file: (I've added the editor, booktitle and crossref fields myself)

}

I would expect the bibliography entry for Bloor (2001) to look like this:
Bloor, D. 2001, 'Wittgenstein and the priority of practice', in The practice turn in contemporary theory, eds. T. R. Schatzki, K. Knorr Cetina & E. v. Savigny, Routledge, Abingdon, Oxon.
but I get this:
Bloor, D. (2001), Wittgenstein and the priority of practice, Routledge.

Any solutions?
