Hi, I'm not sure what happened. I did a backup of my database because I wanted to upgrade my OS. After upgrading (I'm using SuSE 10.3 not and Biblioscape 5.4 runs under wine) I had everything still in my /home folder and could start Biblioscape without new configuration etc. But after a while I noticed that I had only 420 datasets instead of about 3000 as before. I'm not sure if I deleted something by chance or whatever. I found an elder backup an a CD and there were also only a little bit more than 300 (I added something after the CD backup).
But now I found a file in my database folder named "bib_del.dat". When looking at the content of this file with an editor, there I found the datasets which are missing.
Unfortunately I didn't find out how to add these "deleted" (?) datasets to my current database. Is there any possibility?
Thanks for helping
Richard
