Still having trouble getting correct serial number from Biblioscape

Thank you for sending me a serial number. The program accepted it just fine. However, when I tried to revise my list of Categories, I got the error message that neither the Trial nor the Standard versions supported the Category Module, and that I should upgrade. Fine, except there should be no reason to upgrade since I had bought the Professional version to begin with, and had expected that the serial number would be for the Professional version. Apparently not. Would you be so kind as to send me a correct serial number? I have emailed you at Support, but have not received a response. This glitch has made it much more difficult for me to do work that is due later this week, so I would appreciate having someone's prompt attention to the matter.
