Need serial number

I bought Biblioscape Ver 7.27 several days ago, but have not yet received my serial number. Can someone look into this? I have sent two emails to Support with my purchase receipt attached.

Having the same probelm

I am having the same problem. I have been a happy user of Biblioscape since I purchased it in 2006, making it my citation management application for my Ph.D. dissertation work. Having purchased in 2006, I was one of those folks eligible for a free upgrade to version 7. I upgraded to version 7 last fall, and have been diligent about installing the latest patches ever since. Because Biblioscape was being upgraded so fast that the trial period kept getting renewed, I didn't really think about getting a new serial number. Now, however, I only have 8 uses left on Biblioscape and need that new serial number. I have emailed Paul twice so far this week, but with no reply.

My situation is becoming desperate because I am in the last 10 days of preparing the final draft of my dissertation and absolutely need Biblioscape to do what I payed for it to do, compile the references in my 350-page dissertation. To this point, I've been very happy with Biblioscape, as well as the support that Paul has provided. However, the fact that there is a very real possibility that Biblioscape will crap out right at the finish line, right at the moment when I need it most, because no-one will respond to provide the serial number needed to make the application I paid for work....well, that's infuriating to say the least.

So, if there are any Biblioscape support folks monitoring these forums, I really need that new serial number ASAP. I don't want to have to spend a day (or more) replacing all my temporary tags so that I can switch back to Reference Manager (which sucks and is the whole reason I switched to Biblioscape in the first place).
